BOARD PLAN REFUND SCHEDULE
Students on an A La Carte board plan will receive a refund that is based on the actual usage of the meal plan points, so long as the semester has not yet concluded. Any points that are unspent after the conclusion of the semester are non-refundable. For example, if you are released from your housing contract mid-semester and have 375 points remaining, you will receive a board refund of $375. However, if you are released from your housing contract in January for the spring semester only, you will not receive a refund for the remaining points from your fall meal plan.
Students on the Meals Per Week plan will be refunded at a weekly rate for each week, not in residence. For example, if you are released from your housing contract 3 weeks into the fall semester and have 150 points remaining, you will receive a refund for the cost of the remaining weeks as well as the value of your unspent points. However, if you are released from your housing contract in January for the spring semester only, you will not receive a refund for your fall semester’s unspent points.
