In an effort to provide a safe and comfortable environment for students, their families and staff, move-in for fall 2023 will be scheduled over the course of 6 days. Move-in appointments for residential students will be available between Friday, August 18 and Wednesday, August 23. Students will be able to sign-up for a 3 hour appointment to pick-up their room key, unload their belongings into their room and return home. No students will be permitted to remain on-campus during this time period unless they are part of an approved Early Arrival group. Check-in will take place in the Brower Student Center for students to pick-up their room keys. You can park in Lot 5 to get your keys and then report to your building to unload your belongings. There will be limited appointments available on both Thursday, August 24th for First Year and Transfer students. Likewise, there will be limited appointments on Sunday, August 27 for Returning students. Students with a move-in appointment on those days will have a 3 hour window to pick-up their keys, move-in and begin residing on-campus. Students will check-in at a designated location for their building (See locations below). Priority will be given to those students who live more than 100 miles away from campus. First year and transfer students who move in between August 18 and August 23 will be permitted to live on campus after 12pm on Thursday August 24, 2023 to partake in Welcome Week events. Returning students who moved in between August 18 and August 23 will be permitted to live on campus after 12pm on Sunday, August 27, 2023. Classes are scheduled to start on Tuesday, August 29.

Meal Plans
Meal plans will begin with brunch on Sunday, August 27, 2023. Students who did not select a meal plan by the deadline will automatically be assigned to the 15 Meals per Week Plan. After the fall bills go out, you will have one additional opportunity to request a meal plan change. The meal plan change form will be available through Thursday, September 1, 2023.
