TCNJ Residential Education and Housing is making some exciting changes!
Starting in Fall 2026, all sophomores, juniors and seniors will be able to live together in a newly named “Rising Student Experience” cohort. This will allow students more choice and agency in their housing options. The College is also expanding air-conditioning to additional residence halls during summer 2026. Additionally, we’ve heard your feedback. Starting in Fall 2026, housing costs will align with amenities. See the table below to better understand what this looks like. Final housing fees are determined at the June 2026 Board of Trustees Meeting.

The cost of your housing is based on the tier AND occupancy of your room.
