Residential Facilities

Residential Education and Housing maintains 15 on-campus residential facilities for a total on-campus population of around 4,000 students. With TCNJ’s first year housing requirement, First-year students can live in Allen, Brewster, Ely, Centennial, Cromwell, Norsworthy, Travers, and Wolfe. There are also a limited number of spaces for first year students in Campus TownSophomore students can live in Decker, Eickhoff, New Residence, or Townhouses East. Upperclassmen are eligible to live in Townhouses South, Townhouses West, or Hausdoerffer and Phelps.

Although living in Campus Town qualifies first year students for the on-campus housing requirement, it is privately managed and separate from Residential Education and Housing. We encourage students and families to refer to their website for contracting and more information.
